FROM 123KG “FAT SLOB” TO A SELF-AWARE, CONFIDENT, MOTIVATED MACHINE!

Now, before you slam me for writing 'fat slob', this is a direct quote from Shane in his video... not my words, check the comments... ⁣

He came to me a year ago as a bloke tipping in at +120kg and feeling bloated and horrible.⁣

His confidence was at an all time low. ⁣

He felt unmotivated and sluggish and took food as a comfort. ⁣

He'd been fit all his life, having played footy for years. ⁣

But now found himself packing on weight big time and despite trying different strategies to get it off, nothing worked. ⁣

He felt trapped.⁣

He felt stuck.⁣

There was this real sense of helplessness and he was worried that if he didn't act, this would be him for life. ⁣

But I knew something that Shane didn't...⁣

It wasn't food that was making him fat... It was his own lack of self-awareness and ability to think about himself as a healthy dude. ⁣

So, we sat down and focused on developing a stronger mindset. ⁣

I gave him some basic nutrition strategies to follow but never prescribed a diet. ⁣

I knew that if it was too restrictive, he'd give up and put all the weight back on... ⁣

Over time, these new healthier habits become ingrained. ⁣

There was no massive one thing that he changed, it was just that he shifted his identify from a guy that couldn't to a guy that could. ⁣

The result? Well, look at the photos... ACTUALLY incredible...⁣

And now, about once every 3 months, I get a pissed Facebook message from the big man telling me how much he loves his new life. ⁣

Still the occasional indulgence in there but WAY more balance! ⁣

And this type of transformation is in you too!⁣

Can you imagine how this would feel???⁣
