Instructions

  1. Cut up the chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
  2. Heat up a pan with your olive oil and wait until hot.
  3. Throw in your minced garlic and stir.
  4. Throw in your chicken pieces and cook until brown.
  5. In a separate bowl, throw your cut up vegetables in and add your extra virgin olive oil and give it a toss.
  6. Add your chicken and give it another toss and add salt and pepper to taste.
