Instructions
- Cut up the chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
- Heat up a pan with your olive oil and wait until hot.
- Throw in your minced garlic and stir.
- Throw in your chicken pieces and cook until brown.
- In a separate bowl, throw your cut up vegetables in and add your extra virgin olive oil and give it a toss.
- Add your chicken and give it another toss and add salt and pepper to taste.
