Instructions
- Heat up a cast iron skillet or any pan will do
- Add your olive oil into the pan
- Sprinkle all the dry seasoning evenly onto both sides of the fillet
- Put the fillets in the pan once coated
- Sear evenly and until blackened
- Add your wedges on top for garnish
