- Preheat your oven to 160 C or 320 F.
- Chop you apples into slices and fill them to 2/3 way up the pan; You can add in some raisins if you wish.
- Sprinkle in a good squirt of lemon juice to add some flavour and liquid to help the stewing technique.
- Shake in as much cinnamon and nutmeg as you like and mix it round.
- Put your oats into a bowl and add the vanilla extract and coconut oil. You want the oats to be coated but using the least amount of oil as possible to minimise the calories.
- Spread the oats right across the top of the apples and pop into the oven.
