THE POWER OF MAKING A DECISION

I wanted to be a dad forever⁣
⁣
My bro had kids, ⁣
⁣
My sister had kids, ⁣
⁣
And I had a picture of THEIR KIDS ⁣
⁣
It hurt! ⁣
⁣
And the older I got, ⁣
⁣
I started to wonder if it would ever ‘𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦?’ ⁣

𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 ‘𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠’ 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐄 𝐀 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍⁣

A decision about the life I wanted,⁣
⁣
That things started happening…⁣
⁣
It’s been my experience that a lot of men struggle with that⁣
⁣
Making a decision.⁣
⁣
We sit in the void, ⁣
⁣
Getting older, ⁣
⁣
Getting unhealthier, ⁣
⁣
Becoming less able, ⁣
⁣
Because we can’t make a decision to JUST START. ⁣
⁣
We’re scared of failing, ⁣
⁣
We’re scared of judgement, ⁣
⁣
You know, life’s bloody short⁣
⁣
And people are too busy dealing with their own shit to worry about yours⁣
⁣
