REDEFINING WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MAN

Men wear a lot of masks⁣
⁣
Mostly to protect themselves from feeling too much⁣
⁣
Or to prevent them from getting hurt,⁣
⁣
Or failing and being judged⁣
⁣
I’ve always found this strange, ⁣
⁣
How we wear ‘𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬’ as a badge of honour⁣

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝟔𝟎 ⁣

It’s really why I started Better Body Academy
⁣
I had a hunch that the beers were a cover, a mask⁣
⁣
That most men would like to feel a little better⁣
⁣
But they are scared to ask for help,⁣
⁣
Because it makes them look weak⁣
⁣
Well, in our own little way, ⁣
⁣
We’re making a dent in that idea…⁣
⁣
My goal is to see this core group of men grow⁣
⁣
