IF YOU THINK IT'S ABOUT 'FAT LOSS', YOU'VE MISSED THE POINT!

You’re told you need to lose body fat, ⁣

But you don’t actually care… ⁣

Well, you do care (𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵)⁣

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭!⁣

So, you do nothing, ⁣

Stay stuck…⁣

But that’s because ‘𝘧𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘴’ is uninspiring on its own⁣

𝗪𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝗪𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐍? ⁣

If you could keep up with your kids, how would that feel? ⁣

If you could go on a long bush or beach walk, how would that feel? ⁣

If you had more energy for work and home life, how would that feel? ⁣

If you no longer wore a shirt at the beach, how would that feel? ⁣

If you were the guy or girl that people started asking to move heavy things, how would that feel? ⁣

If you went to the doctor, and your cholesterol level had gone down, how would that feel? ⁣

If you reversed your early-onset diabetes, how would that feel? ⁣

If you felt ok to be sexually intimate again, how would that feel? ⁣

If you entered a tough-mudder or fun run, how would that feel? ⁣

If you sat in plane seat and felt comfortable, how would that feel?⁣

𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 – 𝐈’𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐎 𝗪𝐀𝐘 𝐟𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞… ⁣

What I am saying is that if you focus on ‘fat loss’ as your ‘big why’⁣

That horribly uninspiring! ⁣

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐍, ⁣

And feeling all these above things and more, ⁣

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆! ⁣

And once you have tasted it, you’ll want to drink forever⁣

And think the whole process is going to be lonely and horrible ⁣
